| Stamp Set | The Type 2 overprint was plate overprinted and surcharged, however, it is not known whether the overprint was done by Waterlow or by Harrison. The type 2 overprint and surcharge is comprised of thinner and more rounded lettering and has central bars of the "EE" of Rupees "tappered" and not square ended as Type 1. The lettering is slightly thinner and the edges of the letters are rounded. |
